The New York City edition of 2025 Nobu Rare, KAWS's collaboration with Nobu for the restaurant group's 30th anniversary, limited to 1,650 bottles. A 25-year-old extra añejo distilled in 1999, aged in oak then rested in stainless steel: cherry, honey, toffee, dried orange and cooked agave. The red colorway is the only difference from its siblings.
