The winter bottle of Hwayang's four-season set: a Korean distilled soju built on a rice beopju fermented with the brewery's own hyangonguk nuruk of wheat and mung bean, distilled at atmospheric pressure rather than under vacuum, then rested over a year. Made at Pungjeong in Cheongju.
