Distileria San Matias, one of Mexico's oldest tequila houses, built Pueblo Viejo as its flagship - and this reposado shows why. Made from 100% blue agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco (Los Altos), it rests nine months in American oak, picking up gentle vanilla and spice without burying the agave's natural brightness. Expect floral citrus and caramel on the nose, ripe fruit, pepper, and cinnamon on the palate. Pour it neat, on the rocks, or into a margarita.
