Born in Valdobbiadene in 1887, Mionetto has spent generations perfecting Prosecco in the heart of Italy's Veneto. This DOC Treviso Prosecco is made entirely from Glera grapes grown on clay-rich hillside soil, gently pressed and finished with a Charmat-method second fermentation for fine, persistent bubbles. Expect a light straw pour with aromas of golden apple, honey, and white peach, balanced by crisp acidity into a clean, dry finish.
