Unaged 100% agave tequila from NOM 1459, Tequila Selecto de Amatitán, on the valley floor below the town of Tequila. Blanco in the straightforward sense, no barrel and bottled at 40%, so what is there is cooked agave, black pepper and a little citrus. Built for margaritas and palomas more than for sipping.
