100% Barbera from the Ariotti family's eleven hectares in Monferrato, farmed organically and certified in 2024. Fermented with wild yeasts, then held 30% in neutral botti and 70% in concrete so no new oak gets in the way — raspberry, dried strawberry and crunchy black pepper with bright acid. Comes in a liter.
