Distilled in Panama at Alcoholes del Istmo from local sugarcane molasses, this vintage rum spent twelve years mellowing in used bourbon barrels before a final year finishing in Ferrand cognac casks from France, part of Plantation's small-batch "Under the Sea" vintage series.
