Overview

Our vines are planted in the cooler northern region of the Central Coast of California so the grapes grow slowly and have plenty of time to reach their full flavor potential. Our Central Coast Chardonnay grapes enjoyed an extended period maturing on the vine, which produced fruit with impressively concentrated flavors. The natural roundness of our Chardonnay was enhanced by partial barrel and malolactic fermentation, coupled with extended aging on the yeast lees, resulting in a luscious, complex wine. The nose reveals lemon blossom, green apple, and peach aromas with smoky oak nuances along with enticing vanilla spice and smoky oak flavors. The creamy, mouthfilling palate creates a lush impression and is balanced by a rich, lingering finish. Aromas: Lemon blossom, green apple, and peach Flavors: Smoky oak and vanilla spice Texture: Creamy, rich, lush, and lingering" 96% Chardonnay. 2% Thompson Seedless, 1% White Riesling, 1% GewürztraminerOur Robert Mondavi Private Selection Merlot is made with grapes predominantly from California's Monterey County appellation. There, the vineyards enjoy a nightly blanket of cool Pacific Ocean fog, excellent soils and a long growing season. This ideal combination brings vibrant flavors and silky tannins to our Merlot including luscious layers of berry, plum and spice with light oak nuances from barrel-aging."Aromas: Rose petal, strawberry, sour cherry, and smoky oak Flavors: Vivacious, fresh, and vibrant fruit Texture: Soft, round, and rich

Plantation Barbados Grande Reserve is widely recognized as one of the finest expressions in Plantation's celebrated portfolio, combining Barbados rum's clean, elegant cane character with Plantation's signature double-aging process — first in America, then in French oak cognac barrels in France. Reviewers praise its refined balance of vanilla, dried fruit, and light floral notes as a testament to the marriage of Caribbean provenance and Charentais aging tradition.
