Overview

Pietro Rinaldi Barbaresco San Cristoforo is a 100% Nebbiolo red from the San Cristoforo cru in Neive, Piedmont, made by the fourth-generation Rinaldi family estate near Alba. The wine ages 16-18 months in large 25-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels, emerging intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Expect perfumed notes of rose and violet alongside balsamic, mineral tones, velvety tannins, and a warm, lingering finish. Built to age for decades, it's a natural match for braised beef, game, or classic Piedmontese dishes finished with shaved white truffle.
