Discover this Pierre Vallet Cognac XO Puccini. Laurent Vallet, the sixth generation Vallet and proprietor of Montifaud, is the great-grandfather of Pierre Vallet. They harvest their own grapes, create wine, and distill in their traditional Alambic Charentais on their Chateau. The Eau de Vie is aged in French Limousin oak barrels before being bottled in-house. Pierre Vallet is distinguished from its own Montifaud Cognac by the use of grapes from the Grande Champagne. At the very least, this XO is 24 years old.
