Pertinace has farmed the Treiso hills of Piedmont since 1973, and their Langhe Nebbiolo comes from the same noble grape behind those famous bottles, just younger and more approachable. Fermented in stainless steel to keep it fresh, it pours ruby with garnet edges and offers red fruit, cracked pepper, and a wild-rose lift over soft, gentle tannins. A little spicy, very food-friendly. Pour it with roast meats or a medium-aged cheese and settle in.
