Perrier-Jouët Fleur de Champagne is the historic U.S. name for the house's prestige cuvée Belle Époque, first crafted in 1964 by Maison Perrier-Jouët, the Épernay Champagne house founded in 1811. The blend leans on Chardonnay from grand and premier cru vineyards on the Côte des Blancs, rounded out with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Expect delicate white-flower aromas opening into white peach and grapefruit on the palate. The bottle itself is iconic, etched with Émile Gallé's Art Nouveau anemones.
