Peg Leg Porker's Gray Label edition is an 8-year Tennessee Straight Bourbon from Nashville pitmaster Carey Bringle, filtered through hickory charcoal for a smoky depth reminiscent of his barbecue roots. Built on a mash bill of mostly corn with rye and barley, it pours notes of caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, and toasted oak, finishing warm with a whisper of char. The bourbon has earned a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Pour it neat after dinner, or alongside slow-smoked ribs for a true Nashville pairing.
