Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Peg Leg Full Proof Bourbon is a high-proof Tennessee bourbon created by pitmaster Carey Bringle that is uniquely finished with hickory charcoal for a smoky flavor reminiscent of barbecue. Aged for approximately 4 to 6 years, it is bottled at its original entry proof, around \(120\) proof (\(60\%\) ABV), offering a bold taste with notes of toasted oak, caramel, vanilla, and a lingering smoky finish.
