Patsch's añejo comes from a distillery in Jalisco that ferments its 100% Blue Weber agave naturally for three days, no added yeast, before double distilling and brick-oven cooking each piña for a full day. Eighteen months in American oak whiskey barrels turn that agave into something layered: baked green apple and licorice on the nose, toffee and clove developing underneath, nutmeg warming the finish. At 80 proof, it's built for sipping slow, neat, after dinner, no mixer required.
