Born from a family-run organic distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco, this reposado rests nine months in American oak before bottling — long enough to soften the 100% blue agave spirit into something rounder. Expect cooked agave and vanilla on the nose, caramel and toasted oak layered underneath, then a smooth, balanced palate with a touch of sweet fruit and fresh oak on the finish. Pour it neat for sipping, or build it into a barrel-aged Old Fashioned for a tequila twist on a classic.
