Overview

Paladar's Experimental Range: reposado from mature Blue Weber agave cooked in brick ovens and fermented in open pine, then aged in casks that held Sauternes, the botrytised sweet white of Bordeaux. The wine leaves honeyed apricot and a little beeswax over the cooked-agave core. 40% ABV, NOM 1109.
