Padre Azul's reposado tells its story before you even open the bottle — cast-iron skull, leather jacket, unmistakable. Inside, 100% Blue Weber agave from Jalisco's Amatitán Valley is cooked in a traditional masonry oven, fermented with wild airborne yeast, and double-distilled at the Tres Mujeres distillery under master distiller Erika Sangeado. Eight months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels soften it into cooked agave, vanilla, and warm baking-spice notes with a fruit-compote finish. Sip it neat to let the barrel show, or build it into a reposado old fashioned.
