It's a Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Bottled in Bond at 100 proof from a mash of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley, then left non-chill-filtered. Expect floral honey and oak with clove and a lift of citrus zest. Pour it neat, over a big rock, or in an Old Fashioned.
