Handcrafted in Humble, Texas at one of the state's smallest working distilleries, Old Humble Special Reserve builds from a 91% corn, 9% malted barley mash bill. Aged five years in used barrels, then finished six to sixteen weeks in new craft barrels for extra depth, it's bottled at 90 proof using local Texas rainwater. Expect raisin, fig, and kettle-corn sweetness giving way to light smoke and dried fruit on the palate.
