Named for the exact elevation of the plot it comes from, this Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on a single vineyard just outside Odem Mountain's cellar door, high in the northern Golan Heights. The fruit spends 26 months in French oak, building layers of black currant, cedar, clove, and vanilla around a full-bodied, dark-fruited core with soft, lingering tannins. Pour it with grilled lamb or a hard aged cheese to match its structure.
