Octavio comes from a family distillery at the foot of the Volcan de Tequila in Jalisco, where mineral-rich volcanic soil feeds the 100% Blue Weber agave. This reposado rests a full twelve months in oak, longer than many of its peers, which softens it into a golden-honey sip with caramel on the nose and vanilla threading through. The distillery leans sustainable, using far less water and energy in the process. Pour it neat or over a single big cube and let it open up slowly.
