Overview

More Info

Bourbon & Brew is the intersection between bourbon whiskey and cold brew coffee. We begin the process with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels.

Tasting notes

After aging, we add a twist – a French Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with cold brew coffee, imparting rich, hearty flavors, and notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and burnt vanilla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ 4/5 AI Rating

Oak & Eden has built a loyal following for their in-bottle spiraling technique that adds extra wood influence even after distillation, and the Bourbon and Brew coffee collaboration is one of their most popular expressions. Bourbon lovers and coffee enthusiasts celebrate the seamless integration of cold brew coffee notes into a solid high-rye bourbon base, creating a complex, layered drinking experience. It's a creative and well-executed spirit that consistently earns praise for delivering genuinely interesting flavors without gimmickry.
