We use toasted French oak staves with specific flavor profiles in order to fine-tune these batches of whiskey to be decadent and complex. The end result includes many dessert forward notes such as maple syrup, chocolate, vanilla, and sweet cinnamon.
Tasting notes
Nose: Butter waffles, vanilla cream, and maple syrup meet the nose.
Palate: The palate is oily and sweet with vanilla and other breakfast notes. As you chew, mocha and carmel coated dark chocolate show up.
Finish: The finish is long and sweet with vanilla.
