Meet sotol, tequila and mezcal's wilder desert cousin. Nocheluna is made in Aldama, Chihuahua from the Dasylirion plant, hand-harvested after 12 to 15 years in the wild. The heart is cooked in a river-stone pit oven, fermented with wild yeast, and twice distilled over direct fire in copper. At 43% ABV, it's fresh and green with minerality, citrus, herbs, cacao, and a whisper of mint. Sip it neat to explore, or build it into a bright, unexpected margarita.
