More Info

A really outstanding and difficult-to-find small batch spirit, aged for many years before bottling, Noah's Mill is highly sought after by collectors and connoisseurs alike.

Tasting notes

The nose is walnuts, prunes, and floral notes. The palate mimics the nose with walnuts, prunes, spices, intertwined with lavender and balanced with the perfect amount of acid, that leads you down a path of lingering burnt caramel.

Smoothness with high abv!

"93/100 For $50, this is quite good. Even the scent and palate don't get hammered as severely by the 57. 15% alcohol as you might anticipate. I noticed that Noah's Mill used to be a 15-year-old dram, but this is allegedly a blend of ingredients aged between four and twenty years, and it surely has a refined aroma. Rich spice, cinnamon, mild tobacco, a little nuttiness, a strong oak bomb, a faint acidic fruitiness, and a considerable deal of vanilla and caramel were all present in the nose. This is incredibly value-added and neatly engaging."

A longtime friend

"I haven't had this in at least 12 years. A very strong pour that tastes nutty and has wonderful, vibrant fruit flavor. The tastes are pleasant and robust, and the proof is almost flawless. The finish, which is merely ok, is the only thing I perceive to be wanting. In conclusion, I suggest that you add this to your collection."

I think this is Willett's best offering.

"Excellent, strong bourbon offering from Willett (keeping in mind that, as of right now, all of their goods are distilled/aged by other parties, and they only blend and package). The stuff from Willett is still too young to be ready for bottling. This easily outperforms the more expensive/potstill bottle that they also provide. You won't regret it if you give it a try."

Air it out.

"I had high hopes when I got it, but when I first cracked open the bottle, I was disappointed. I instantly shelved the bottle after taking a sip. A few weeks later, I made the decision to go back and, wow. I fell in love since the flavor notes were absolutely distinct. It really is a one-of-a-kind bourbon."

Not suitable for all

"Real originality flavor combinations that are unique to bourbon. While moving around the mouth, it dances on the tongue and changes flavors. You might not like it or you might adore it, just like I do. Definitely not something I do every day, but when the mood strikes, I adore it."

Challenging Bourbon

"I impulsively purchased this. I like my bourbon with a greater alcohol concentration, and this one was good. Considering the high AC, I thought it was smoother than most. fresh fave Better without a doubt than ironwood!"

Spiciness and Excellent Blending

"This is not for you if you prefer your Bourban oaky and Smokey. This Bourban has strong cinnamon and all spice overtones. All you need to enjoy it is a few ice cubes and a few drops of water to cool it down. Overpriced but good for a one-time purchase."

Who know about Noah's Mill?

"After watching it perform exceptionally well in a blind tasting tournament against some cliched favorites, I made the decision to give it a shot. I was not let down, and I will probably always keep this item in stock!"

Ignore the $100 Bourbon.

"I'm now sitting here with bottles of Rowan's Creek, Noah's Mill, and my favorite, Blanton's, which I can no longer find. I performed the "snort test" by swallowing a single mouthful from the freshly opened bottle (or "swig test," as you may choose). Wow, that opened my eyes. I tasted Van Winkle 15 and 23 year whiskeys for $500 each plate. It's a close race between Rowan's and Noah's in my opinion. Both have strong flavors. One or two ice cubes of purified water make both taste slightly better. Blanton's has a superior (the best) taste with a hint of vanilla, a touch of oak, and some sweetness. It also has a smoother finish. Rowan's is excellent and does not even mildly burn the mouth when it is bottled at 101 pf. If anything, Noah's is smoother. I'll simply keep all three on hand and thoroughly test them in bottles."

114 proof strong bourbon

"Stop debating and make the purchase if you are unsure whether to buy this. It is consistently good and will satisfy even your non-bourbon pals. Despite the little variations among the casks, they are variations on a common theme."
