Nicolas Feuillatte isn't a single estate — it's a cooperative of some 5,000 Champagne growers founded in 1976, which is how one house pulls fruit from across the whole region. The Réserve Exclusive Rosé leans on red grapes, roughly equal parts Pinot Noir and Meunier with a splash of Chardonnay, aged a couple years on the lees. Expect raspberry, wild strawberry and redcurrant with a whisper of spice at 12% ABV. Pour it chilled with berries, brunch, or salmon.
