Newton's Unfiltered Chardonnay comes from Napa's cool Carneros AVA, where marine fog stretches the growing season and keeps the fruit bright. Grapes are hand-picked at night, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented entirely in French oak with native yeasts, then aged on the lees with weekly stirring before bottling unfiltered for extra texture. Expect white peach, citrus blossom, and a flinty mineral edge. Pour it wide and let it open alongside roast chicken or seared scallops.
