Newton's Unfiltered Chardonnay comes from Napa's cool Carneros AVA, where marine fog stretches the growing season and keeps the fruit bright. Grapes are hand-picked at night, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented entirely in French oak with native yeasts, then aged on the lees with weekly stirring before bottling unfiltered for extra texture.
