Fruit for Newton's Unfiltered Chardonnay comes from the estate vineyard and select growers within the cool, fog-touched Carneros AVA, handpicked at night, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented in barrel with indigenous yeasts, then bottled without filtration to keep its full character intact. Expect white peach, honeysuckle, and tropical fruit over a thread of wet-stone minerality. Pour it alongside roast chicken or a soft-ripened cheese board.
