Fruit for Newton's Unfiltered Chardonnay comes from the estate vineyard and select growers within the cool, fog-touched Carneros AVA, handpicked at night, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented in barrel with indigenous yeasts, then bottled without filtration to keep its full character intact.
