New Holland Spirits' Beer Barrel Bourbon comes out of Holland, Michigan, where the distillery pairs its brewing roots with whiskey-making. This high-barley bourbon is distilled on a copper pot still, aged in new American oak, then finished in the brand's own Dragon's Milk stout barrels — a beer-to-barrel process that shapes its character. Expect stone fruit and sweet malt up front, with butterscotch, fresh bread, and toasted oak from the stout cask. It earned a Double Gold at the American Distilling Institute. Pour it neat or over a single large ice cube to let the malt notes open up.

Our signature high-barley mash bill lends a flavor profile of stone fruit and sweet malt, while our copper pot still and Dragon's Milk stout casks provide richness and notes of butterscotch, fresh bread, and stouted oak.
