Netofa Latour White is a 100% Chenin Blanc from Netofa Winery, grown in the Lower Galilee on the light soils of Mount Tabor's foothills in Israel. Founded by winemaker Pierre Miodownik, Netofa ferments this white slowly at low temperatures before aging it 10 months in French oak, giving it a refined body with layered fruit and earthy notes and a subtle oak hint.
