Nemiroff traces back to 1872, when a distillery opened in the wheat country of Nemyriv, Ukraine — still the source of the wheat used today. The grain spirit is cut with water from proprietary artesian wells and pushed through an 11-stage filtration using quartz, birch charcoal, silver, and platinum, landing at 40% ABV. Expect a crisp, grainy nose with a whisper of lime and bread dough, then a clean, slightly creamy palate. Pour it icy-cold for shots, or build a simple vodka soda.
