Double-distilled in small Carle-style stills, it rests two years in French oak, then a year more in the estate's own Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot casks, picking up baking-spice, vanilla, and orange-caramel notes with a smooth, lingering finish.
