In 2018, there were three guys who saw where the market was headed—not enough bourbon supply driving demand through the roof and creating impossible allocations, and making it difficult to find good whiskey. One of their favorite past-times was traveling all over the country and picking single barrels with friends, but that memory was vanishing quickly.They decided to do it themselves and select their own single barrels on a larger scale. They bought their first batch of barrels of Bourbon in 2018. The hype began and people were loving it so in early 2020 they released their first single barrel rye. Now they work with individuals and groups to do their own blends and single barrel selections as well. In 2021 they opened up their blending and visitors center in downtown Nashville

Toffee, kettle corn, caramel corn, juicy apples, and some lovely spice. Notes of cornbread and soft sweetness with honey, and rich buttery notes.
