"In the 1980s, Sgt. Preston's in Minneapolis was a highly well-liked bar. The Anita Bryant, a highly well-liked beverage, was offered on the menu. Back then, Anita was a very outspoken opponent of homosexuality as well as a Florida orange juice spokesperson. Anita Bryants are made with Mount GAY rum and freshly squeezed orange juice. Wonderful rum with a distinctive, excellent flavor."

"No other rum I've found even comes close to matching this one. Since at least 15 years ago, I've found that if the rum isn't Mount Gay Barbados Eclipse, I can't drink it. It's always a wonderful treat, whether it's with coke, soda, or straight up. This has a lot of flavor and body, but it isn't spiced to cover up subpar age and distillation; instead, it stands nicely on its own. You won't be sorry if you give it a try."

"A decent, reasonably priced middle of the road rum. Although simple, it is balanced. a touch weak in taste and power. I incorporate Tiki using it. Although it doesn't strike out as particularly rich or sophisticated, it tastes alright and doesn't overshadow the beverage."

"The world's best rum is unquestionably this one! Unspiced Mount Gay Rum is, in my opinion, a lovely product from a lovely island. With this Rum, the terms "clean" and "pure" spring to mind. Stephan K. is accurate; the water used to brew this rum is filtered through the coral bedrock of the island and originates from natural springs that produce cool, nearly clean water. Additionally, if you look attentively on their bottles, you will notice the date 1703, which is the earliest time they can demonstrate that rum was being made on the Island. The Extra Old and the New Black, which was newly launched, are my favorites. I promise you won't regret giving it a try."

"Nice, mid-range rum for mixing when the rum needs to stand up to the mix. used it to make daiquiris and rum punches. Although not nearly as full-bodied as something like Appleton Estates 8 year, Baicardi works well when used with drinks like Pina Coladas."
