Mony Vineyard - Emerald Riesling Dry White Wine

This Reisling is produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard. This wine was fermented in stainless steel at 78°. With a color of pale straw, a nose aromas of limes and melons, this wine has a refreshing balanced acidity following through on the palate with refreshing citrus and a clean finish. It will pair well with chicken and fish dishes.
