Mony Vineyard is a family owned and operated boutique winery, located in the SAMSON Appellation, in the hills near Bet Shemesh. The winery is named after one of the brothers Dr. Mony Artool. 9% wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. With our expertise, we harvested at an early nocturnal harvest a young vineyard plot of Cabernet Sauvignon which grows with a low crop level. After a short aging, the wine is with a purple hue, a fresh fruity aroma, and light bodied. It is a wine of elegance and a pleasant finish.
