Here's a blanco with a French accent. Montagave's Héritage starts at the Cascahuín distillery in Jalisco, where blue Weber agave is roasted in a brick oven for 72 hours and double-distilled in a pot still. Then it does something unexpected: a 45-day rest in Bordeaux wine casks from Grand Cru producers, which softens it into roasted agave, stone fruit, honey, and florals at 41% ABV. Sip it neat to catch that round finish, or let it lift a margarita.
