Each Distiller's Cut adds a 48th ingredient sourced from the forest itself — for 2022 it's woodruff, dried for weeks then macerated into the finished gin. Expect a woody, floral aroma opening into warming cinnamon and vanilla notes layered over Monkey 47's signature juniper-and-lingonberry backbone.
