Overview

This rosé is built the old-fashioned way: Mod Sélection makes this Champagne using the rare saignée method, bleeding color and flavor from red grapes during a cold-soak maceration that locks in freshness. The result pours a pale salmon hue with raspberry and cherry notes riding a fine, persistent mousse into a long finish. From a Vallée de la Marne house rooted in five generations of growing — pour it alongside seared salmon or simply on its own.

Tipxy AI Overview

What people across the internet are saying
★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ 3/5 AI Rating

Mod Selection Rosé Champagne is a lesser-known label that appeals to shoppers seeking a festive, pink bubbly at a moderate price. Reviews are generally positive for casual celebrations, with drinkers noting pleasant berry and floral notes. It's a solid crowd-pleasing choice without the prestige markup of top Champagne houses.
