Our ginger recipe balances perfectly with the soft & subtle sweetness of our high corn mashbill, making misunderstood approachable for rookies, yet complex enough for connoisseurs. Proudly blended & bottled at 80 proof in bardstown, kentucky. Gluten free & vegan friendly.

Tasting notes

Aroma: vanilla bean & caramel notes with hints of fresh ginger & mandarin orange.

Taste: fresh cut ginger root, silky caramel, light toasted oak, with hints of ginger snap cookies & creme brulee.
