Behind this bottle is Gloria Collell, a young Barcelona winemaker who teamed up with Freixenet to bottle Spain's playful side. Mia starts as pressed Moscato must, fermented slowly in stainless steel, then sealed for a second cool fermentation until it hits 7% ABV — a whisper of Tempranillo joins the blend for color and depth. Expect peach, apricot, and orange blossom on the nose, with a sweet-tart, bubbly finish. Pour it chilled alongside spicy tacos, nachos, or something dessert-shaped.
