Meikle Tòir's Speyside spirit is fermented a marathon 160 hours for fruit-forward depth, then rests in ex-bourbon barrels before finishing in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons — peated to 35 ppm with mainland Scottish peat. Expect cedarwood, fig, and burnt-sugar sweetness laced with wisps of smoke. Bottled non-chill filtered at natural color. Pour neat after dinner alongside dark chocolate or a cigar.
