Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
A three year-old peated single malt from Portland, Oregon, McCarthy's has been picking up followers rapidly on this side of the pond in recent years. The Clear Creek distillery is one of the pioneers of US micro-distilling and this terrific single malt is testament to their hard work.
Tasting notes
A robust and smoky nose and taste is complemented by hints of dried fruit, plum and a warm finish of honey and delicate peat.
