Mayenda Blanco is Campari Group's ultra-premium take on unaged tequila, distilled from 100% blue agave at Casa San Nicolás in the Los Altos highlands of Arandas, Jalisco. Maestro Tequilero Jesus Susunaga adds a rare extra step: roasted agave piñas are macerated back into the base spirit, then blended with agave miel to coax out caramelized notes usually lost in distillation.
