Mayenda Blanco is Campari Group's ultra-premium take on unaged tequila, distilled from 100% blue agave at Casa San Nicolás in the Los Altos highlands of Arandas, Jalisco. Maestro Tequilero Jesus Susunaga adds a rare extra step: roasted agave piñas are macerated back into the base spirit, then blended with agave miel to coax out caramelized notes usually lost in distillation. Expect honey, cinnamon, orange blossom and fresh grass, with baking spices and pepper on the palate. Sip it neat at room temperature, alongside pineapple wedges dipped in pink Himalayan salt.
