Martini's rosato is the outlier in their vermouth lineup: instead of starting from white or red wine alone, it's blended from both, which is what gives it that soft pink hue. Introduced in 1980 as rose wine was having its moment, it's steeped with Madagascan cloves, Sri Lankan cinnamon, and nutmeg, plus raspberry and lemon for lift.
