Born from Israel's craft beer revolution, this eau de vie starts life as Malka Blonde Ale — the flagship brew from Malka, Israel's largest craft brewery — before Verstill's pot stills carry it through double distillation into something entirely new. The result is a clear, 44.4% ABV spirit layered with bright citrus, a whisper of barley, and lingering warmth from the ale's orange peel and coriander seed. Serve it well-chilled as a sipper, or pour over ice to explore its surprisingly long finish for a clear spirit.
