Maddalena Cabernet Sauvignon hails from Paso Robles, California, produced by San Antonio Winery under a label named for founder Maddalena Riboli, who helped grow the family's vineyard holdings there. Fruit from estate lots is fermented separately to capture each parcel's character, then aged in American oak before careful blending for consistency. Expect ripe raspberry, plum, and spicy black cherry laced with vanilla and oak spice, rounded out by a silky texture and soft tannins. Pour it alongside grilled steak or aged cheddar.
