It is an expression of our unique terroir and the excellent casks it produces.Aroma: Dark chocolate perlines filled with raspberry jam, tobacco and earl grey tea, fragrant pine needles and a touch of cake frosting.Palate: Maple syrup, smoked dry chilli peppers, candied cherries.Finish: comforting hot cacao.
