Named for the new moon nights over Jalisco's mountains, this añejo blends highland and lowland blue agave, cooked in stone ovens and double-distilled in traditional pot stills at the family-run Feliciano Vivanco distillery. Eighteen months in new American and French oak turns it a deep amber, layering cinnamon and vanilla over a palate of butterscotch, cocoa, and a light peppery snap. Velvety and dessert-leaning, it's built for sipping neat by the fire or alongside something chocolate.
